Shipping & Returns




Shipping: We currently only ship to the United States, but are expanding to other countries in the coming months. Once you place an order with us, we start the process of getting your item ready to ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping times are quoted by our courier as 5-15 business days.

When you place your order, we want to make sure you get a quality product every time.

For that reason, if there are any issues with the quality of your item such as defects or missing components, we ask you to take the following steps.

Step One: Email us with a description of the issue.

Step Two: Attach any photos of the issue so we can reach out to our production partner to find a solution.

Step Three: Let us know if you'd like a refund, or a replacement sent.

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing of refund/replacement requests.

Returns and replacements will only be processed in instances where there are quality defects or missing components.
